The Customer Success Specialist role at Paystri offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers.  You will support our expanding customer base to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and superior customer service.  You intimately understand that successful customers do not leave, and that Customer Success helps build strong relationships, product adoption, referrals, and renewals.  The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic group that has delivered demonstrable value to our customers and to Paystri.


Ensure that Customers Are Wildly Successful!

  • Actively support the new customer implementation process, including onboarding and technical configuration, to ensure a smooth transition to payment processing with Paystri.
  • Tenaciously troubleshoot and rectify issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Rally both internal and external resources as-needed to ensure that all customer needs are being met.
  • Engage with customers to provide as-needed training, best practices and guidance.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal Paystri resources during the development and deployment of new, customer success-centric features.
  • Above all, be a team player with a strong desire to roll-up your sleeves and help others on the team. You’ll play an integral role with building out a world-class Customer Success team.

  • Self-starter, possessing the enthusiasm and ability to function in a team environment.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional ability to engage with customers in a consultative manner.
  • Willingness to hustle and be comfortable with high levels of flexibility while continuing to add value to our Customer Success team.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What Would Be Nice

  • Prior experience in a Customer Success-focused role.
  • Payments industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the use of CRM systems, i.e. HubSpot.
